Liquiflex-Pro & RubberCover EPDM Training
Our Liquiflex-Pro and RubberCover EPDM training courses are designed to give contractors a complete understanding of the installation process.
These full-day training sessions cover all aspects of installing each system, ensuring participants gain the knowledge and practical skills required to install roofs correctly, safely, and to a professional standard.
What the training covers:
During the course, attendees will learn about:
- Surface preparation and substrate requirements
- Correct application techniques
- System components and detailing
- Best practice installation methods
- Troubleshooting and common mistakes to avoid
- Achieving professional, durable waterproof finishes
The aim is to provide installers with the confidence and technical understanding required to deliver high-quality roofing installations.
Rhenofol Single Ply Training
Rubberseal also provides specialist training for the Rhenofol single ply roofing system, suitable for both new installers and experienced contractors
Beginner Training Course
The beginner course is designed for contractors who are new to single ply roofing systems.
This two-day course provides a complete introduction to the Rhenofol system and covers every stage of installation. By the end of the course, attendees will have a clear understanding of how to install single ply roofing systems correctly and to the highest industry standards.
Training includes both classroom learning and practical demonstrations to ensure participants gain valuable hands-on experience.
Experienced Installer Sign-Off
For contractors who already hold a single ply qualification, Rubberseal offers an experienced installer sign-off.
This provides an opportunity to demonstrate existing skills and knowledge to gain approved installer status for the Rhenofol system.
During the session, our technical director will assess installation knowledge and demonstrate any specific techniques that differ when installing the Rhenofol system.
Sign-offs typically take place at our Ayrshire training facilities, with onsite sign-off options also available for larger groups.
Training Location and Schedule
All Rubberseal training courses are held at our dedicated training facilities in Kilmarnock or High Wycombe, providing a professional environment where installers can learn and practice installation techniques.
Each training day runs from 9:30am to 4:30pm, allowing plenty of time for both theory and practical learning.
Lunch and refreshments are provided during training sessions. If you have any dietary requirements, please let our team know when booking your place.
Certification and Approved Installer Status
- A Rubberseal training certificate
- An Approved Installer ID card
Approved installers may also become eligible for project warranties, provided installations are completed according to the system specifications learned during training and using approved Rubberseal products.
This certification demonstrates a commitment to quality workmanship and professional roofing standards.
Booking and Availability
Training places are limited to ensure each attendee receives the best possible learning experience. Courses are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so early booking is recommended.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your place on the course. Please note that training places cannot be charged to an existing credit account.
If you need to rearrange your booking, our team may be able to reschedule your place to a future course date, provided sufficient notice is given and availability allows.
