For this spectacular build, Rubberseal worked closely with the Architect to design an eco-friendly, highly insulated flat roof system to this grand home built in the Scottish borders.
We had to consider the installation of solar panels, internal drainage channels and a large glass atrium rooflight within the design, opting for a Firestone EPDM rubber roof system.
The home received the Grand Designs Home of the year award 2011 due to its exceptional design, product choice and quality of workmanship used throughout the entire build.
