This large residential area was completed using Firestone RubberGard, fully adhered onto tounge and groove 18mm OSB boards.
These roofs were excessively damaged by dry rot, due to previously poorly installed overlay roofing systems. Thus adding to the contractors workload, before the application of the waterproofing.
Firestone was chosen due to its superior durability, up to 50-year life span and its flame free and easy installation.
